Symptoms of an Allergic Reaction
The Center for Disease Control advises the following on what to look for as symptoms of a food allergy reaction. Please note that these can be sudden, severe, and commonly include one or more of the following:
v Hives
v Tingling in the mouth
v Swelling in the tongue and throat
v Difficulty breathing
v Abdominal cramps
v Vomiting or diarrhea
v Eczema or rash
v Coughing or wheezing
v Loss of consciousness
v Dizziness
